Josep Tarradellas Barcelona – El Prat Airport passengers can search for their belongings lost during the journey via FindMyLost platform from any place and at any time (by clicking the "I lost" button).
By registering, passengers can search for their items, chat with the dedicated staff or activate an alert if their item or luggage has not been found yet.
Items can be returned via the platform integrated shipping service and via in-person pick-up.
Service hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, Saturdays from 08:00 to 15:00 (public holidays closed).
If you wish to collect your item outside service hours, please contact the dedicated staff via chat and ask to collect the item on one of the lockers.
Please be reminded that if the object was lost inside an aircraft, you should contact the airline. For lost identity documentation, it is necessary to contact the National Police office at the airport at the following phone number: +34 93 259 68 32.
Shipments purchased on Friday or before a national holiday will be processed on Monday or on the first following working day.
Delivery typically occurs within 48 working hours from the pick-up date.
After the pick-up, the passenger can customize the delivery via
DHL's ODD service (On Demand Delivery). Address can be amended for free only if requested via ODD immediately after the pick-up; if requested later, an address correction fee must be charged.
Items can be claimed up to 6 months from the finding date.
